In repertory, he has worked at the Yvonne Arnaud Guildford, Stephen Joseph Scarborough, Bolton Octagon, Southwark Playhouse, Oxford Playhouse and Aberystwyth Arts Centre on productions ranging from working with Alan Ayckbourn on his play Sugar Daddies (National No 1 Tour) and productions such as Harvest (devised), Cabaret and Romeo and Juliet.
Commercially, he was Staff Director on National Tours of “The Extra Factor” with Kevin Kennedy and Antony Costa, “The Naked Truth” with Lisa Riley and Julie Buckfield and “Over the Rainbow”. Recent commercial pantomimes include “Jack and the Beanstalk” with Frazer Hines and Lynne McGranger (Irene in ‘Home and Away’) and “Beauty and the Beast (with Neil Roberts from ‘Life Bites’ and ‘Charmed’)
Most of Robert’s work from 2002 to 2006 was with the New Vic Theatre, Stoke where he was an associate artist, and then also Associate Director (Borderlines) during 2005-6. Robert directed or assisted on over twenty productions for mainstage, studio and the internationally acclaimed Borderlines department, working alongside directors Gwenda Hughes, Chris Monks, Sue Moffat and Simon Cox. Work there included Some Enchanted Evening, Stealing Dreams, Fight for Shelton Bar (also adaptation), Face It, Carmen and Danny and assisted on Carmen (2003 Tour version) and Outside Edge.
Since 1999, Robert has been heavily involved in pantomime. Since 2007, he has worked for producer Stephen Boden at Imagine Theatre Ltd where he directed for at Crewe Lyceum, Porthcawl Pavilion and Loughborough. Rovert has also written and directed several pantomimes in Stoke on Trent, Wrexham, Ickenham (London), Ammanford Miners Theatre and the Courtyard Theatre Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Robert combines his professional directing work with lecturing and guest directing at Universities and Drama Schools such as Staffordshire University, Keele University, The Arden, Manchester Metropolitan and Aberystwyth.
Writing has included A Sense of (re)Direction and The Story of Mrs M (New Vic) as well as numerous pantomimes. He is a member of the Directors Guild of Great Britain and has had articles published in Direct magazine and The Stage and has worked for BBC Radio 4 Drama and Television.

From event and gig management during the dark years of the AIDS crisis when Julia worked with the Terence Higgins Trust managing awareness raising gigs with bands and performers such as Pet Shop Boys, Sam Brown, George Michael, Azwad, Erasure, Bob Geldof and Elton John.
Theatre work has included producing the National Tour of ‘Am I Not a Man and a Brother?’ and Project Manger of both New Vic Theatre Borderlines (Newcastle under Lyme) and Planet Sound Community Arts.
Through her work in the film and video industry and lately in theatre Julia has brought her skills to work within the Community in Stoke-on-Trent developing groups specifically within the BME communities. Julia is now working with Reveal Theatre Co. as Co-Ordinator for a major initiative entitled “Game On” which marries theatre and sport as a vehicle for working with young people in High Schools.
Game On is presently active in seven High Schools in Stoke-on-Trent working alongside Port Vale F.C. and Stoke City F.C. using theatre as a means of challenging extreme beliefs and attitudes. This programme of work is funded by Staffordshire Police and The Department of Communities and Local Government.

Andrew recently became the new Artistic Producer with Fuse: New Theatre for Young People in Liverpool (formerly known as Merseyside Young People's Theatre). He recently co-founded Theatre Veritae and is currently producing "Not in my Name" written and directed by Alice Bartlett, a successful new play in partnership with Lancashire Constabulary exploring young people's views of extremism. Prior to this, Andrew was Artistic Director of Burnley Youth Theatre for over three years, directing several productions and while at BYT he established and managed "Running the Show", a major three year project of performances and series of workshops placing young people in leadership roles: managing finances, marketing, selecting artists and artistic programming.

As Assistant Designer: Laura has been Assistant Designer / Senior Props Maker at the New Vic Theatre for the past 3 years and has assisted Patrick Connellan on Abigail’s Party, Lis Evans on Kes and Beauty and the Beast and Kate Bunce on The Wizard of Oz (New Vic Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent) Laura has worked at the New Vic Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent for the past seven years as Scenic Artist and props maker working on approximately 80 shows.

- The Reveal Theatre Company aims to provide high quality, accessible theatre for all and to keep ticket prices and costs to educational establishments and the public as low as possible.
- To inspire creativity in audiences and participants through high quality, accessible work.
- To transform and engage people in our work.
- To aim to work with the highest standards of actors, directors, designers, choreographers and other creatives.
- To aim to work with Midland’s based artists, where possible.
- To be at the forefront of new work including documentary and verbatim theatre to create an eclectic body of work which inlcudes comedy, drama, classics, and TIE.
- To aim for equal-opportunities. Not to discriminate employment on grounds of backgrounds, race or disability and to make productions open to all. All practitioners will be CRB checked.
- To play in a variety of theatre spaces in pursuit of pushing boundaries and learning.
