Stanislavski

Reveal will tailor a workshop for you exploring ‘the system’ using a play of your choice. The workshop can be used as an introduction or as an advanced exploration of a specific element such as emotion memory, the magic ‘if’ or units and objectives. Emphasis is placed on how directors and actors actually use the Stanislavski approaches today.

Brecht

Choosing any Brechtian play, elements of Brecht’s philosophy are explored through acting exercises – from archetypal characterisations to alienation techniques. Emphasis is also given to how directors, writers and actors have been influenced by the Brechtian approach and use it today.

Other Key Practitioners

Reveal also offers workshops on Craig, Artaud, Grotowski, Pinter, Beckett, Godber, Boal, Commedia dell’Arte, Forum Theatre, Theatre Of The Absurd and many more. Call our office for an informal chat.
