SILENT ANGER FEEDBACK:

Altogether it has raised the bar in terms of challenging extremism.  It does what it says it does on the advert and more.... Please pass my comments on to your dedicated team, they were fantastic.
Assistant Headteacher, Stoke on Trent Secondary School

Silent AngerFor year 9 children, there were some very incisive comments and questions that served as proof of understanding.
My opinion - a very clear message and, watching the audience held captive, a powerful educational tool. Children interact so well with live theatre - the media is definitely THE choice of delivery.
Head of Citizenship, Stoke on Trent Secondary School

The students thought it was excellent because the context of the play (based in Stoke on Trent) meant that they could really relate to what was being said. As a Deputy Headteacher in Stoke, who is trying to make a difference for Stoke, I feel that every secondary student in Stoke should see the play. Hopefully we will  then have a generation of young adults who will be better informed, more tolerant of the views of others and be able to challenge elders who are extreme in their views.

felt that it was very sensitively depicted and I could see how much Stoke needs some help. Opinions are very divided in our very diverse community and that came across well. It was very real and relevant as all the pupils are living in this community.
I would love this to go across the board as many adults would benefit from this as so many people hold a judgement before they even understand another persons lifestyle.
It helped to show a little of how we can and should be more tolerant of others.
