Workshops

Reveal’s wide-ranging programme of workshops is on offer throughout the year. All our workshops are:

  • designed in liaison with you in order to fulfil your aims and expectations
  • led by experienced workshop practitioners
  • flexible in terms of length and content to meet your needs
  • usually complemented with a full resource pack of information and follow-up work

All our workshop practitioners are CRB-checked through Stoke City Council. Our staff have considerable experience of working with children with special needs and young people at risk.

We tailor all the workshops in our programme to meet the requirements of the group. We also design workshops in response to specific requests. If you have an idea for a workshop your group would benefit from, please contact us to discuss it.

Recent workshops have included:

Key Stage 1:

Storytelling and the books Mrs Rainbow and Gregory Cool

Key Stage 2:

Language in Romeo and Juliet

Key Stage 3:

The Color Purple and Directing

Key Stage 4:

Smoking Cessation

Post-16:

Antigone and Devised Theatre

Feedback:

‘Excellent workshop. Thanks for a great morning. Well planned, involving the pupils fully and creating opportunities to reflect, consider and respond....Dominic Meir and Catherine Carter interacted well, choosing a range of participants and encouraging all to join in. Excellent range of listening versus activities during session.’
Mrs Sue Gratton, M.Ed, E.Ed (Hons), St Saviours C.E. School, Staffordshire

‘Couldn’t fault it! All activities were fun and informative and the students felt at ease.’
